| 背景 | FAK (Focal Adhesion Kinase) is a non-receptor protein tyrosine kinase involved in signal transduction from integrin-enriched focal adhesion sites that mediate cell contact with the extracellular matrix. FAK-enhanced signals have been shown to mediate the survival of anchorage-dependent cells and are critical for efficient cell migration in response to growth factor receptor and integrin stimulation. Elevated expression of FAK in human tumors has been correlated with increased malignancy and invasiveness. |

Detection of Human PYK2/FAK2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Daudi human Burkitts lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human PYK2/FAK2 Biotinylated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # BAF4589) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for PYK2/FAK2 at approximately 116 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group XXX. |
