| 背景 | By alternative splicing, the Neuregulin 1 gene ecodes at least 10secreted or membrane-bound proteins, all of which contain an EGF-likedomain. Neuregulin 1 isoforms bind and signal via the ErbB family ofreceptor tyrosine kinases. Isoform GGF2 contains a unique kringle-likedomain, plus Ig and EGF-like domains that are also present in multipleNeuregulin 1 isoforms. |
