Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat FABP3/H‑FABP by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human heart tissue, human skeletal muscle tissue, mouse heart tissue, and rat heart tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat FABP3/H‑FABP Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1678) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016).
