Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat Lamin B1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line, and Rat‑2 rat embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1:1000 dilution of Rabbit Anti-Human Lamin B1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8525) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for Lamin B1 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. | |
Lamin B1 in HeLa Human Cell Line. Lamin B1 was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Rabbit Anti-Human Lamin B1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8525) at 1:150 dilution for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL004) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
