| 背景 | LEDGF, also known as transcription co-activator p75, is a 75 kDaprotein that belongs to the hepatoma-derived growth factor (HDGF)family of nuclear targeted proteins. It is a widely expressed proteinthat interacts with lentiviral integrase. As a result of alternativesplicing, isoforms with deletions, substitutions/insertions have beenreported. Human LEDGF shares 91%, 92% and 96% amino acid sequencehomology with rat, mouse and feline LEDGF, respectively. |

LEDGF in HeLa Human Cell Line. LEDGF was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Goat Anti-Human LEDGF Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3468) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel).
