The immunogen is also highly homologous to the corresponding sequences of mouse and rat RSK family isoforms. |

Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, KG‑1 human acute myelogenous leukemia cell line, TS1 mouse helper T cell line, and C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat RSK Pan Specific, Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2056) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). A specific band was detected for RSK Pan Specific, at approximately 90 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
