| 背景 | PP1 nuclear targeting subunit (PNUTS), also known as PPP1R10 and FB19, is a 99 kDa protein that binds the serine/threonine protein phosphatase PP1 and causes its localization to chromatin in the nucleus. C-terminal RGG repeats in PNUTS suggest it may bind to single stranded RNA. The PP1/PNUTS complex may also play a role in regulating the cell cycle-dependent phosphorylation of the oncogene Rb. |

Detection of Mouse and Rat PNUTS by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of TS1 mouse helper T cell line and Y3‑Ag rat myeloid cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat PNUTS Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF21581) followed by HRP‑conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). Detection of Human PNUTS by Simple WesternTM. Simple Western lane view shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. Specific bands were detected for PNUTS at approximately 100-150 kDa (as indicated) using 1 µg/mL of Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat PNUTS Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF21581).
