Detection of Human Methionine Aminopeptidase 2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of COLO 205 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line, LS180 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line, and HT‑29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human Methionine Aminopeptidase 2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3795) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for Methionine Aminopeptidase 2 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8. |
