| 背景 | UGRP-1, also known as secretoglobin family 3A member 2 (SCGB3A2) andHigh in Normal 2 (HIN-2), is a secreted, 38 kDa, homodimeric proteinthat is highly expressed in epithelial cells of the airway. UGRP-1 hasbeen shown to bind MARCO (macrophage scavenger receptor withcollagenous structure), which is expressed by alveolar macrophages.UGRP1 has been suggested to play a role in lung inflammation. Maturehuman UGRP1 shares 88% and 81% amino acid sequence identity with ratand mouse mature UGRP1, respectively. Mature UGRP-1 is also 53%identical with that of human mature UGRP-2 (HIN-1). |
