| 背景 | CD99 (also known as PILR-L and MIC2) is a 125 amino acid, 24‑30 kDa glycosylated transmembrane glycoprotein expressed as a homodimer on the surface of endothelial, T and B cells, monocytes and stem cells. CD99 has been implicated in processes like homotypic cell adhesion, diapedesis and oncosupression. The extracellular domain of the mouse CD99 protein used as immunogen is 45% identical to the human counterpart. |
