| 背景 | Serpin E1, also known as Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor-1 (PAI-1), is the principle inhibitor of urokinase-type and tissue-type plasminogen activators. It plays a major role in many processes such as angiogenesis, tumor invasion, and obesity. The amino acid sequence of mouse PAI-1 is 89%, 79% and 76% identical to that of rat, human/chimpanzee and dog. |

Detection of Mouse Serpin E1/PAI‑1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse placenta tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Mouse Serpin E1/PAI‑1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3828) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019).
