| 背景 | Mouse GDF-1 Propeptide is a 26 kDa, secreted monomeric glycopeptide. Itis synthesized as part of a 357 amino acid (aa) preprocursor thatcontains a 23 aa signal sequence, a 214 aa Propeptide and a 120 aamature molecule. Following secretion, the proregion is presumablyproteolytically cleaved from the mature molecule at an Arg-Arg dibasicresidue motif. The amino acid sequence of mouse GDF-1 Propeptide is 65%and 78% identical to that of human and rat GDF-1 Propeptide,respectively. |
