| 背景 | Mouse IL-24, also known as melanoma differentiation-associated gene 7(MDA-7) and Th2-specific cytokine FISP, is a 27 kDa secretedglycoprotein that is a member of the IL-10 family. It is synthesized asa precursor with a large pro-region that is removed to generate a 155aa mature protein. Mature mouse IL-24 shares 84% and 69% amino acididentity with rat and human IL-24, respectively. |
