| 背景 | Human FXYD5 (FXYD domain-containing ion transport regulator 5 and Dysadherin) is a 24 kDa glycoprotein and a member of the FXYD family of single span type I membrane proteins. This group of proteins has been shown to interact with the Na,K-ATPase and to modulate its properties. FXYD5 is structurally different from other family members and has been suggested to play a role in regulating E-cadherin and promoting metastasis. FXYD5 is preferentially expressed in kidney, intestine, spleen, stomach and lung. Human FXYD5 is 30% aa identical to mouse Fxyd5. |

FXYD5/Dysadherin in Human Stomach. FXYD5/Dysadherin was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human stomach using Goat Anti-Human FXYD5/Dysadherin Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8300) at 1 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
