| 背景 | JAB1 (Jun activation domain binding protein-1), also called COPS5 or CSN5 (COP9 signalosome-5), is a 334 amino acid, 38 kDa protein that is a subunit of the COP9 signalosome complex. It mediates cytosolic translocation of the cell cycle inhibitory protein, CDKN1B/p27Kip1, for degradation, thus promoting proliferation. It is widely expressed, especially in proliferating cells, and upregulates granulopoiesis when overexpressed. |

Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat JAB1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, PT18 mouse mast/basophil cell line, and L6 rat myoblast cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat JAB1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6390) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for JAB1 at approximately XXX kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group XXX. |
