Detection of Human and Mouse ZNF281 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, MCF‑7 human breast cancer cell line, and A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line. Gels were loaded with 30 µg of whole cell lysate (WCL), XXX µg of cytoplasmic (Cyto), and XXX µg of nuclear extracts (Nuc). PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human/Mouse ZNF281 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6350) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for ZNF281 at approximately XXX kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group XXX. |
