| 背景 | Secretory phopholipase A2 (PLA2) enzymes cleave an acyl ester bond in the sn-2 position of glycerophospholipids. These extracellular proteins have a high disulfide bond content, low molecular mass (14 kDa), and require mM levels of Ca2+ for catalysis. They play a crucial role in the generation of arachidonates and eicosanoids, and have a number of biological actions including immunological responses, inflammation, cellular proliferation, vasoconstriction, and bronchioconstriction. |

Detection of Human PLA2G16 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human heart tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human PLA2G16 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6190) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for PLA2G16 at approximately XXX kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group XXX. |
