| 背景 | SOCS (suppressor of cytokine signaling) proteins, also called CIS (cytokine-inducible SH2-domain containing) proteins, are a family of eight adaptor molecules active in signaling pathways that regulate innate and adaptive immune responses. All SOCS contain a single SH2 domain and a SOCS box, which recruits E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes, thus enhancing destruction of the molecules bound by SOCS proteins. SOCS proteins influence macrophage and dendritic cell activation and are essential for T cell development and differentiation. |

Detection of Human SOCS‑5 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human SOCS‑5 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4796) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for SOCS‑5 at approximately XXX kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8. |
