| 背景 | GBX2 (gastrulation brain homeobox) is a member of the homeobox family, which shares a 180 bp DNA sequence that encodes the DNA binding homeodomain. GBX2, along with OTX2 and FGF8 establish midbrain-hindbrain boundries in the developing brain. Increased GBX2 expression has also been associated with pluripotent cells and metastasic potential in cancers. |

Detection of Human GBX2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, Daudi human Burkitts lymphoma cell line, and U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human GBX2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4638) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for GBX2 at approximately 42 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
