背景 | The AP-1 transcription factor is mainly composed of Jun (c-Jun, JunB, JunD), Fos (c-Fos, FosB, Fra-1, Fra-2) and ATF (ATFa, ATF-2, ATF-3) protein dimers. All contain the bZIP basic DNA-binding leucine zipper domain. Jun, but not Fos, proteins can homodimerize. AP-1 mediates gene regulation in response to cytokines, growth factors, stress signals, bacterial and viral infections, oncogenic stimuli and other physiological and pathological stimuli. |

参考图片Detection of Human JunB by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. Gels were loaded with 30 μg of whole cell lysate (WCL), 20 μg of cytoplasmic (Cyto), and 10 μg of nuclear extracts (Nuc). PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL Sheep Anti-Human JunB Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4456) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band for JunB was detected at approximately ??? kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3. |
