| 背景 | As downstream targets of the Rho GTPases, the p21-activated kinase (PAK) family of serine/threonine kinases regulates the organization of the actin cytoskeleton in mammalian cells. The PAK family is structurally categorized in two groups, each with three members: group I PAK1-3; and group II PAK4-6. Targeted disruption of PAK4 in mice leads to severe defects in the development and migration of neurons, suggesting a key role for this kinase in neuronal development. |

Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat PAK4 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, PT18 mouse mast/basophil cell line, and NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat PAK4 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4178) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for PAK4 at approximately 72 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
