| 背景 | NETO2 is a neurospecific type I transmembrane protein belonging to theNETO family of proteins that share homology with the axon guidancereceptors, neuropilin and the developmentally importantmetalloproteinase Tolloid/BMP-1. NETO proteins have two CUB domains, anLDL-receptor class A domain in their extracellular region and aconserved FXNPXY-like domain in the cytoplasmic region. A splicevariant of NETO2 that lacks the CUB domains and most of the LDL class Adomain has been reported. It is likely that like NETO1, NETO2 may be asynaptic protein with neurological function. Human and mouse NETO2share 98% amino acid sequence homology in their extracellular domains. |

Immunoprecipitation of Mouse NETO2. NETO2 was immunoprecipitated from lysates (500 µg) of mouse brain tissue following incubation with 1‑2 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human/Mouse NETO2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody for 8 hours at 2‑8 °C. NETO2-antibody complexes were absorbed using Protein G (Sigma). Immunoprecipitated NETO2 was detected by Western blot using 1 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human/Mouse NETO2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3859).
