R&D Systems personnel manually curate a database that contains references using R&D Systems products. The data collected includes not only links to publications in PubMed, but also provides information about sample types, species, and experimental conditions. Characterization of the neural stem cell gene regulatory network identifies OLIG2 as a multifunctional regulator of self-renewal. | |

背景 | SOX21 is a member of the B group of the SOX family HMG-box transcription factors. It is a 276 amino acid residue protein that has an N-terminal HMG-box and a C‑terminal domain that is required for the SOX21 neurogenesis function. Human and mouse SOX 21 share 99% amino acid sequence identity. |

SOX21 in NTera‑2 Human Cell Line. SOX21 was detected in immersion fixed NTera‑2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line using Goat Anti-Human SOX21 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3538) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.
