Tau in Human Alzheimers Disease Brain. Tau was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human Alzheimers disease brain (cortex) using 5 µg/mL Goat Anti-Tau Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3494) overnight at 4 °C.
