| 背景 | The receptor for activated C kinase 1 (RACK1) is highly conserved and has homology to the beta subunit of heterotrimeric G proteins. Initially isolated by its binding of active PKC isoforms, RACK1 is a scaffold protein that promotes the formation of multiprotein complexes that integrate distinct signaling pathways. RACK1 is also a 40S ribosomal subunit constituent, potentially linking these pathways directly to protein translation. |

Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat RACK1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HT‑29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell line, A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line, CH‑1 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line, and Rat‑2 rat embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat RACK1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3434) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for RACK1 at approximately 30 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. | |
RACK1 in HeLa Human Cell Line. RACK1 was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat RACK1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3434) at 15 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL001) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
