| 背景 | Fgr is the cellular homolog of the oncogenic protein encoded by the Gardner-Rasheed feline sarcoma virus. A member of the Src family of nonreceptor tyrosine kinases, Fgr is predominantly expressed in neutrophils, macrophages, monocytes, and natural killer cells. Mice lacking Fgr fail to recruit eosinophils to the lung during allergic airway inflammation. |

Detection of Human/Rat Fgr by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Raji human Burkitts lymphoma cell line, U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line, and L6 rat myoblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Rat Fgr Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3207) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for Fgr at approximately 59 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
