| 背景 | HAND1 belongs to the HAND family of conserved basic helix-loop-helixtranscription factors. It is expressed in the heart, ganglia, neuralcrest derivatives and extraembryonic tissues. HAND1 plays an essentialrole in heart development and is critical for the specification ofextraembryonic tissues including trophoblasts. Human and mouse HAND1share approximately 92% amino acid sequence homology. |

Detection of Human HAND1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human heart tissue, human brain (cerebellum) tissue, and human placenta tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human HAND1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3168) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for HAND1 at approximately 22 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
