| 背景 | Opticin, also known as Oculoglycan, is an extracellular matrix proteinthat belongs to the class III subfamily of the small leucine-richrepeat (SLRP) proteoglycan family. It was initially discovered as aprotein associated with vitreous humor collagen fibrils and has sincebeen localized also to numerous ocular tissues and fetal liver. Humanand mouse Opticin share 73% amino acid sequence identity. |
