| 背景 | FAM3C, also known as predicted Osteoblast protein, is a secreted 22 kDaglycoprotein belonging to the cytokine-like protein family. Members ofthis family share a four helix bundle secondary structure similar tothat found in many cytokines. FAM3 is ubiquitously expressed inmultiple tissues. The amino acid sequence of mature human FAM3C is 94%and 98% identical to that of mouse and canine FAM3C, respectively. |

Detection of Human FAM3C by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of JEG‑3 human epithelial choriocarcinoma cell line and HCT‑116 human colorectal carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human FAM3C Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3084) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for FAM3C at approximately 22 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
