背景 | SOX3 belongs to the SOX family of transcription factors involved in theregulation of embryonic development and in the determination of cellfate. The SOX3 gene is localized on the X chromosome and is expressedin the brain and gonads. It has been suggested that SOX3 plays a rolein brain formation and function. Human and mouse SOX3 share 92% aminoacid sequence identity. |

SOX3 in NTera‑2 Human Cell Line. SOX3 was detected in immersion fixed NTera‑2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line differentiation with retinoic acid using Goat Anti-Human SOX3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2569) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 493-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (green, upper panel; Catalog # NL003) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel).
