背景 | FcRH4, also known as IRTA1 (immunoglobulin superfamily receptor translocation associated 1), is a member of the Ig superfamily. It shares sequence homology with the classical Fc receptors. FcRH4 is preferentially expressed in B cells and contains three potential ITIM motifs in its extracellular domain. The gene for FcRH4 is localized to the human chromosome Iq 21‑23 region, a hotspot for translocation events. |

Detection of Human FCRL4/FcRH4 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of RPMI 8226 human multiple myeloma cell line and K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human FCRL4/FcRH4 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2426) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for FCRL4/FcRH4 at approximately 58 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8. |
