| 背景 | TREML1 is a type I transmembrane protein that differs from TREM in thecytoplasmic region by having two ITIMs (Immunoreceptor Tyrosine-basedInhibition Motif). A splice variant lacking ITIMs in its cytoplasmicdomain also exists. TREML1 is found only in platelets andmegakaryocytes. The extracellular region of human and mouse TREML1share 75% amino acid sequence identity. |
