Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat GAD1/GAD67 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human brain (hypothalamus) tissue, mouse brain (total) tissue, and rat brain (total) tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat GAD1/GAD67 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2086) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017).
