Detection of Human Serpin A4/Kallistatin by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human liver tissue, human kidney tissue, and human pancreas tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.25 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human Serpin A4/Kallistatin Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF1669) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). Specific bands were detected for Serpin A4/Kallistatin at approximately 50-60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
