背景 | Pin1, a member of the parvulin family of peptidyl-prolyl isomerases (PPIase), has been implicated in the G2/M transition of the mammalian cell cycle (1-6). Pin1 is a small (18 kDa) protein with two distinct functional domains: an amino-terminal WW domain and a carboxy-terminal PPlase domain. Pin1 interacts with several mitotic phosphoproteins, including Plk1, cdc25C and cdc27, and is thought to act as a phosphorylation-dependent PPlase for these target molecules (7-9).Pin1是小细胞蛋白肽脯氨酰异构酶(PPIase)家庭成员,参与哺乳动物细胞周期的G2/M期转换(1-6)。Pin1是一个18 kDa的小蛋白,含有两个独立的功能结构域:一个氨基末端WW结构域和一个羧基末端Pplase结构域。Pin1能够与几个有丝分裂磷蛋白相互作用,包括Plk1、cdc25C和cdc27,而且被认为能够充当这些靶分子的磷酸化依赖性Pplase(7-9)。 |
