| 背景 | Yes is the cellular homolog of the oncogenic protein encoded by the Yamaguchi 73 and Esh avian sarcoma viruses. After Src, Yes is the most widely expressed member of the Src family of nonreceptor tyrosine kinases. Yes in Human Breast Cancer Tissue. Yes was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast cancer tissue using 25 µg/mL Human/Mouse/Rat Yes Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB32051) overnight at 4 °C. Detection of Human and Rat Yes by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Rat‑2 rat embryonic fibroblast cell line and MDA‑MB‑468 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat Yes Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB32051) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Yes at approximately 62 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
