| 背景 | The LMIR members, alternatively known as CLM (CMRF-35 like molecules) multigene family members, are closely mapped in the distal region of mouse chromosome 11 and are expressed widely in leukocytes. Their encoded proteins are type I membrane proteins that contain a single extracellular Ig-like domain. These proteins either have cytoplasmic ITIM motifs or can interact with ITAM motif-bearing molecules through a characteristic transmembrane domain containing positively charged amino acid residues. |
