| 背景 | DSPG3 is a secreted protein in the SLRP (small leucine-rich proteoglycan) family. The mature protein contains multiple sites for O-linked glycanation and seven leucine-rich repeats, flanked by N- and C-terminal cysteine-rich regions. DSPG3 is principally a component of cartilage. |

DSPG3 in Human HUVEC. DSPG3 was detected in immersion fixed HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells using Mouse Anti-Human DSPG3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3110) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
