| 背景 | NgR3, a Nogo-66 receptor homolog alternately known as reticulon 4receptor-like 1, Nogo receptor homolog 2 (NgRH2), or NgR3, is anapproximately 60 kDa glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchoredglycoprotein expressed primarily in the brain. It contains eightleucine-rich repeats (LRR) flanked by conserved cysteines. Although LRRare typically involved in protein-protein interactions, NgR3 has notbeen shown to bind known Nogo-66 receptor ligands. Mature human NgR3shares 88%, 88%, 48% and 44% amino acid identity with mature mouseNgR3, rat NgR3, human NgRH1 and human NgR, respectively. |
