| 背景 | Human IL-38, previously called IL-1F10 or IL-1HY2, is a secreted cytokine belonging to the IL-1family. It is synthesized as a 152 amino acid mature protein that lacksan identifiable signal sequence. It binds to soluble IL-1 RI. HumanIL-38/IL-1F10 shares 82% aa sequence identity with mouse IL-38/IL-1F10. Human IL-38/IL-1F10 also shares 39% and 27% aa sequence identity with IL-1ra/IL-1F3 andIL-1 beta /IL-1F2, respectively. |
