背景 | LMO2, also known as Rhombotin-2 and T-cell translocation protein-2, is a transcriptional co‑factor that is required for hematopoietic and endothelial development. It contains two LIM domains that are characterized by a zinc binding, cysteine rich motif consisting of two tandemly repeated zinc fingers. LMO2 does not interact directly with DNA but is involved in the assembly of multiprotein transcription factor complexes. Human and mouse LMO2 share 99% amino acid sequence homology. |

LMO2 in Human Tonsil. LMO2 was detected in formalin fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human tonsil using Mouse Anti-Human LMO2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2726) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to the nucleus.
