背景	CD27 Ligand is a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily(TNFSF7) and is also designated CD70. CD27 Ligand is a type IItransmembrane protein expressed by activated T and B cells. It binds toCD27 on mature T cells and a subset of thymocytes. CD27 Ligand inducesthe proliferation of costimulated T cells and enhances the generationof cytolytic T cells.

CD27 Ligand/TNFSF7 in human PBMCs. CD27 Ligand/TNFSF7 was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using Mouse Anti-Human CD27 Ligand/TNFSF7 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB2738) at 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
