| 背景 | KGF (keratinocyte growth factor), also known as FGF-7, is induced in mesenchymal cells by inflammation or tissue damage. It functions as a paracrine factor during wound healing by inducing the proliferation of nearby epithelial cells. KGF plays a role in kidney morphogenesis, hair follicle development, and keratinocyte differentiation. It signals only through the IIIb splice form of the tyrosine kinase receptor, FGF R2 (IIIb)/KGF R. |

KGF/FGF‑7 in Canine Placenta. KGF/FGF‑7 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of canine placenta (chorionic villi) using Mouse Anti-Canine KGF/FGF‑7 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1957) at 25 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
