Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat FABP3/H‑FABP by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human heart tissue, human skeletal muscle tissue, mouse heart tissue, and rat heart tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat FABP3/H‑FABP Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1678) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005).
