R&D Systems personnel manually curate a database that contains references using R&D Systems products. The data collected includes not only links to publications in PubMed, but also provides information about sample types, species, and experimental conditions. Helper-dependent adenovirus-mediated short hairpin RNA expression in the liver activates the interferon response. | |

背景 | FABP1, also known as liver FABP (L-FABP), Z-protein, and squalese- andsterol-carrier protein (SCP), is predominantly expressed in the liver, intestine, kidney and lung. FABP1 binds free fatty acids and theirco-enzyme A derivatives and may be involved in intracellular lipidtransport. |

Detection of Rat FABP1/L‑FABP by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysate of rat liver tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Rat FABP1/L‑FABP Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1565) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for FABP1/L‑FABP at approximately 14 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1. |
