Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat beta -Catenin by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Huh‑7 human hepatoma cell line, C6 rat glioma cell line, and NIH‑3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat beta -Catenin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1329) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for beta ‑Catenin at approximately 95 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.

beta ‑Catenin in Human Pancreas. beta ‑Catenin was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human pancreas using Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat beta ‑Catenin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1329) at 1.7 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membranes.
