CCR6 in Mouse Thymus. CCR6 was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse thymus using Mouse CCR6 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB590) at 8 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Rat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS017) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
