| 背景 | The KIRs comprise a family of 14 polymorphic and homologousactivating and inhibitory receptors expressed primarily on CD56dimNK cells. KIR2DS1 is an activating receptor with high homology to theinhibitory receptor KIR2DL1. Both KIR2DL1 and KIR2DS1 bind to HLA-C allelescontaining the C2 epitope. KIR2DS1 and KIR2DL1 expression regulates NK celllicensing and activation in a number of immune contexts. |

Detection of KIR2DS1/CD158h in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from different donors (A and B) were stained with Rabbit Anti-Human KIR2DS1/CD158h Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8887) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0111) and Mouse Anti-Human KIR2DL1/KIR2DS5 Fluorescein‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB1844F). Cells were gated on CD56 with Mouse Anti-Human NCAM‑1/CD56 PE‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB2408P, not shown). |
