| 背景 | Krueppel-like factor 12 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the KLF12 gene. The protein encoded by this gene confers strong transcriptional repression to the AP-2-alpha gene, a developmentally-regulated transcription factor active during vertebrate development and carcinogenesis. KLF12 has been reported as a novel tumor-suppressor gene whose loss of function is associated with anoikis resistance. Three isoforms have been found for this gene. |

KLF12 in HEK293 Human Cell Line. KLF12 was detected in immersion fixed HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line using Rabbit Anti-Human KLF12 Antigen Affinity-purified Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9097) at 2 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL004) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei. Detection of KLF12 in MG‑63 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. MG‑63 human osteosarcoma cell line was stained with Rabbit Anti-Human KLF12 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9097, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # AB-105-C, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog #F0111).
