背景	NKG2A is a type II transmembrane receptor having a single extracellular lectin-like domain and a cytoplasmic ITIM motif. It associates with CD94 and is expressed on NK cells and some activated T cell populations. The NKG2A/CD94 complex delivers an inhibitory signal upon recognition of its ligand, HLA-E.
